Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and driven to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 19 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (licensed for at least 3 years)
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective buyers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
- Complete accurate sales documentation
- Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed on industry trends and dealership promotions
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
- Comply with company policies and safety standards
