This is an opportunity for you to turn your excellent customer service and sales skill into profits. If you are an energetic, highly motivated, and result-driven team player, who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. ONE year SALES experience or more in ANY industry is REQUIRED. Excellent training provided. Individuals with experience in Retail Sales, Insurance, and Real Estate, just to name a few, have found SUCCESS in Automobile Sales and are encouraged to apply! Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Requirements

  • One year of Sales Experience in ANY industry
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person that's motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual skills are a PLUS!!

Responsibilities

  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
  • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
  • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
  • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
