The Faricy Guarantee: $4,000/Month Guaranteed Pay: Focus on learning the craft and serving the customer without the stress of an "all or nothing" paycheck. Guaranteed Training: We don’t just hand you the keys. We provide a structured, world-class training program to ensure you have the confidence to succeed from day one. The Opportunity: Income Potential: $55,000 – $110,000+ per year. This is a commission-based role where the $4k is your floor, but there is no ceiling. Hospitality First: We believe in delivering a level of service that is "unreasonable" in its excellence. If you love helping people, you belong here. Balance: Closed Sundays and a scheduled day off every week.
