Automotive Sales Professional We are offering $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for the first 90 days while you build your customer base. McKenzie Buick GMC is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals to join our growing team in Milton, Florida. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive sales experience
  • E-Leads CRM software experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of vehicle financing and leasing
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Identify customer needs through effective listening and communication
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
  • Demonstrate and present new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and budget
  • Clearly explain financing and leasing options
  • Negotiate sales professionally and ethically
  • Follow up with leads and customers to close deals and maintain relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, pricing, and promotions
  • Stay informed on new models and industry trends
  • Present vehicle features and benefits effectively
  • Work closely with sales managers, finance managers, and service staff
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain a professional and organized showroom and lot
