Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed in a commission-based environment

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle
  • Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features
  • Assisting with financing options and purchase paperwork
  • Following up with customers to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction
  • Learning product knowledge, dealership processes, and sales techniques through training
  • Using CRM tools to track customer interactions and opportunities
  • Supporting business development through phone, text, and email outreach
  • Coordinating vehicle delivery and registration processes
