Hillsborough CDJR is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team. Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Proven experience or strong interest in automotive sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and options.
Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to closing the sale.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
Stay informed about the latest products, services, and promotions.
