About The Position

Requirements

  • One year of related experience or equivalent education and training.
  • Strong sales skills and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills for follow-up before and after sales.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis to understand vehicle preferences.
  • Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and on the road.
  • Research availability of vehicle models and options using the dealership’s database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in values, financing, and lease payments.
  • Inspect and walk the lot to monitor inventory condition.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and provide thorough familiarization with the vehicle’s features.
  • Attend trainings and department meetings to stay updated.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
