Requirements

One year of related experience or equivalent education and training.
Strong sales skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Effective communication and organizational skills for follow-up before and after sales.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Nice To Haves

Ability to speak a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis to understand vehicle preferences.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation both in the showroom and on the road.
Research availability of vehicle models and options using the dealership’s database.
Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in values, financing, and lease payments.
Inspect and walk the lot to monitor inventory condition.
Complete necessary paperwork and arrange vehicle delivery and registration.
Deliver vehicles to customers and provide thorough familiarization with the vehicle’s features.
Attend trainings and department meetings to stay updated.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
