Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Help customers through one of the most exciting purchases they'll make.
- Build relationships, understand their needs, demonstrate vehicle features, coordinate test drives, and guide them through a professional, no-pressure buying experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers before and after the sale.
- Follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads.
- Learn product knowledge across multiple vehicle brands.
- Work with management to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Continue developing your sales and communication skills through ongoing training.
