About The Position

Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Morris is growing and seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join their sales team. Prior automotive sales experience is not required, as training will be provided for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is dependable, good with people, competitive, eager to learn, and motivated to build a successful career. This role offers the opportunity to represent Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and a variety of quality pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Responding to internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Demonstrating vehicles and explaining features and technology
• Following up with customers throughout the buying process
• Building long-term customer relationships
• Developing repeat and referral business
• Working with dealership management to provide an excellent customer experience
• Representing Veero professionally in the dealership and community
