Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience required
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Guide customers in selecting new and Pre-Owned Honda vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on Honda inventory, pricing, and promotions
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
