About The Position

Modern Nissan of Concord is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team! Previous automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you're coachable, hardworking, competitive, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow established processes.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming dealership experience.
• Help customers find the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.
• Explain vehicle features, performance, options, and benefits.
• Offer and coordinate test drives.
• Stay informed about new models, features, and available accessories.
• Build lasting customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Follow dealership sales processes and work toward personal and professional goals.
