About The Position

The Automotive Sales Consultant will provide guests with an exceptional experience before, during, and after a sale. This role involves selling vehicles, setting appointments clearly and promptly, maintaining a clean CRM, and communicating effectively and professionally with team members and guests via various channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience before, during, and after a sale.
• Sell vehicles.
• Be clear, concise, and prompt in setting appointments.
• Work and maintain a clean CRM (Customer relationship management).
• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and guests in person, over the phone, and through e-mail or text message.
