About The Position
Nielsen Automotive RT 15 Used Car Center is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our sales team. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy talking to people, and want an opportunity to build a real career with strong income potential, we are willing to train the right person. Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
- Willingness to learn and follow a process
- Competitive mindset and desire to succeed
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, texts, and showroom customers
- Learn our sales process from start to finish
- Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
- Work with managers and finance to help customers complete their purchase
- Represent Nielsen Automtive with professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude
