Requirements

Strong communication and people skills

Experience with CRM and internet leads
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
Build relationships with customers to create repeat and referral business
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives
Follow-up with internet and showroom leads
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, features, and promotions
Work with management and finance teams to finalize sales
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
