About The Position

In this position, you strive to develop a warm, friendly relationship with our clients and truly listen to what they have to say. You suggest a vehicle based on their wants and needs and provide a feature demonstration of its technology and important safety features. We're definitely not the stereotypical high-pressure car dealership; we recognize that our clients' least favorite part of buying a car is the negotiating game, and our transparent Market Driven Pricing makes for a stress-free buying experience. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.

Requirements

  • Driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior retail sales experience.
  • PA Vehicle Sales License (company will help acquire if needed).

Responsibilities

  • Develop a warm, friendly relationship with clients.
