Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of the sales training program
  • Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, including adherence to uniform and nametag standard
  • Strong customer service mentality
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain unit averages as required by the store
  • Maintain minimum PVR and VSC standards as required by the store
  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process
  • Utilize the Walser CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
  • Educate customers on the benefits Walser has to offer
  • Conduct test drives and ensure customers understand vehicle features and operation
  • Educate customers on available financial products and financing options
  • Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction
  • Wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
  • Wear hard-toed shoes and slip-resistant footwear when in dealership service departments
  • Perform all other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned
