About The Position

Flow Audi/Porsche is interviewing for top luxury sales consultants with a desire for a career rather than a job. We are an organization dedicated to providing exemplary service and creating lifelong, enthusiastic customers. This role will cover Audi and Porsche. We are looking for someone with luxury experience that can deliver an exceptional, seamless, and memorable buying experience for our high-end clientele. Relevant sales or luxury experience is required, others need not apply. Sales Consultants receive a guaranteed base salary of $40,000 per year, plus unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission based pay plan (commission vs draw). We offer an awesome 5-day work week with great benefits. All of our pre-owned vehicles are sold utilizing a value-based, no-haggle pricing system. All are fully reconditioned by our dealership, offer a 100,000 mile warranty and are accompanied by a CARFAX vehicle history report. We provide ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential, at any Flow location. Sales consultants will attend and successfully complete manufacturer training and certification as required by Flow Companies.
