About The Position
Audi Valencia is seeking full-time friendly and outgoing team players sales consultants! They spend their work day interacting with many guests from answering questions about our brand and models to taking the customer out for a test drive. They help our guests find the vehicle that suits their needs. We are seeking driven and persistent individuals to take on this exciting role!
Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products (outlook, word, etc)
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
- Sales license (Required)
Nice To Haves
- 1-year automotive retail sales, preferred, but not necessary
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to all customer inquiries
- Greet customers who drive up to our lot and assist them with any questions
- Be knowledgeable on all models and current features and specs.
- Schedule test drive with guests and demonstrate the features and benefits of the vehicle
- Deliver the vehicle to the customer
- Other duties as assigned
