About The Position

Kunes Auto Group, one of the fastest-growing automotive dealership groups in the Midwest, is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. No automotive sales experience is required, as the company provides training, tools, and support. Many successful sales professionals have transitioned from hospitality, restaurant, retail, customer service, bartending, and other people-focused industries. The role involves assisting customers with vehicle selection, building relationships, conducting demonstrations, explaining features and financing, following up with prospects, utilizing CRM tools, achieving sales goals, and staying informed about products and trends.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to build relationships and earn customer trust
Sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, bartending, or customer-facing experience preferred
Valid driver's license and high school diploma (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget
Build relationships with customers throughout the sales process
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Explain vehicle features, financing options, and protection products
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer interactions
Achieve monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Stay informed on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and industry trends
