About The Position
Flow Volkswagen of Durham is seeking top sales consultants, from any field, who desire a career rather than just a job. Sales consultants are guaranteed an annual base salary of $40,000, with unlimited commission opportunities through a competitive pay plan. The company offers a 5-day work week and great benefits. Pre-owned vehicles are sold using a value-based, no-haggle pricing system, are fully reconditioned, include a 100,000-mile warranty, and are accompanied by a CARFAX vehicle history report. Ongoing training, including onsite and manufacturer instruction, is provided, with a preference for internal promotion and career development. Newcomers to the industry will receive training, including manufacturer certification as required by Flow Companies. Flow Automotive Companies aims to be at the forefront of the transportation industry and seeks individuals committed to operational excellence and extraordinary personal service. Flow operates 54 automotive franchises across 10 cities, representing 26 manufacturers and employing over 2,200 people in North Carolina and Virginia.
