About The Position

Friendship Subaru of Beckley is seeking a Business Development Agent to join their Internet Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and able to learn new concepts quickly. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and internet, setting appointments, providing initial product and dealership information, answering customer questions, and directing them to appropriate resources. The agent will also work closely with the sales team to follow up with customers via phone, text, and email, and maintain the Customer Relationship Management system daily.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong focus on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership
Internet and computer savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Available to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries
Set customer appointments to visit dealerships
Provide customers with initial product and dealership information
Accurately answer customer questions using word tracks or templates
Direct customers to appropriate dealership resources
Work closely with sales team to follow up with existing and potential customers via phone, text, and email
Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management system daily
