About The Position
Friendship Automotive is seeking talented Business Development Coordinators (BDC) to join their team at Honda of Boone. This role involves assisting customers throughout their car buying experience by providing courteous and professional assistance to shoppers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills via phone, email, text, and video messaging to help customers select vehicles, gather information, and arrange dealership visits. The majority of the workday will be spent on the phone interacting with potential buyers, answering questions, and providing information, supplemented by email, texting, and video communications.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous automotive experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibilities
