Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice To Haves
- Any prior Sales or Customer Service Experience - No Car Sales Experience Needed
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Friendly, outgoing, and great at building relationships
- Motivated by results and energized by a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with uncertainty and quick to adapt
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through their car-buying journey with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Build lasting relationships through trust, follow-up, and great service
- Respond to leads (online, phone, and in-store) and turn interest into action
- Keep learning with ongoing training in sales techniques and product knowledge
