About The Position

Skyline Ford is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join their sales department. This role is for individuals who are looking to manage the sales process from start to finish and are seeking a career with higher earning potential than commission-only or hourly wage jobs. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build clientele for life by nurturing enriching relationships.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority, understanding product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to success daily.
