About The Position

Capitol Subaru is looking for sales consultants to join their team! This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person! We are seeking sales consultants to join our sales staff that will make a commitment to our 90+ year record of outstanding customer service. We need individuals that have the qualities of dedication, hard work, and the willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. We have four locations that you can sell from! Requirements

  • Sales experience – automotive preferred
  • A valid driver’s license is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior
  • The ability to verbalize all basic features and benefits of all vehicle models
  • Acquire and maintain product knowledge
  • Participate in manufacturers and the dealership’s training programs
  • Never lose a customer. Whoever receives a complaint will own it. For example, when a guest has a concern or needs something special, you should break away from your regular duties, address and resolve the issue.
  • Escort customers rather than pointing out directions to another part of the dealership and do a proper introduction.
  • Take pride and care of your personal appearance.
  • Conserve energy, recycle and protect the environment.
  • Treat customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
