What You’ll Do as an Automotive Sales Associate: Greet and engage customers with enthusiasm and expertise Assess customer needs and match them to the perfect Ford model Deliver standout walkarounds and test-drive experiences that highlight features Present financing, lease, and purchase options with clarity and trust Close deals with professionalism and integrity Maintain CRM records, follow up with leads, and nurture relationships with past customers Stay current on model updates, incentives, and competitive market offerings

Requirements

  • Has sales experience
  • Demonstrates strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities
  • Is goal-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and maintains a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)
  • History of success in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
