Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates

A clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with customers
Use consultative selling to guide shoppers in selecting the perfect Kia vehicle
Become a true product expert — mastering features, packages & the latest Kia technology
Deliver high-quality vehicle demonstrations
Follow up with buyers to foster repeat and referral business
Learn to confidently overcome objections in the sales process
Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet goals and track progress
Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
