About The Position

Healey Brothers is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join its new car sales team. The role involves working with dealership customers to understand their vehicle needs, explain available products and options, and help them select and purchase a suitable vehicle. Requirements

• Automotive sales background preferred but not required; retail and hospitality sales candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answer questions, and help them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
• Meet the minimum vehicle sales goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits, and describe optional equipment available for purchase.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to use time more effectively and plan more effectively.
• Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for obtaining proper identification before a test drive.
