Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- High-line/luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and develop clients for life
- Use a consultative sales approach to help customers select the right vehicle
- Become a product expert on luxury and performance vehicles, features, technology, and packages
- Deliver high-quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Confidently overcome objections and thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Collaborate with Sales Management on goals, performance, and growth opportunities
- Bring professionalism, energy, and a high-performance mindset every day
