Requirements

  • Ability to listen to our customers and offer them solutions to their automotive needs
  • Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.  You must possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Sales Consultants/Associates/Professionals take the customers through a thorough buying process supported by established selling steps, policies and procedures
  • Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features
  • Demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom and via test drive
  • Provide new and pre-owned vehicles to customer through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and long term clientele
  • Develop a productive prospecting system, making calls, text, and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments and close deals.
  • Willingness to write your success story within our success story.  Your success is the key to our success.
  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Guide them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know your product
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to insure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
