About The Position
Heritage Toyota is seeking motivated bilingual (Spanish/English/Other) Sales Associates who are passionate about helping customers and building lasting relationships. In this role, you will assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, provide exceptional customer service, and serve as a trusted resource for both English- and Spanish-speaking clients. We are looking for individuals who are driven, professional, and committed to creating a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English/Other)
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, and drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
- Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources
- Present pricing options and negotiate pricing
- Provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
- Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
