Requirements

• Must be bold, articulate, and have a great sense of humor.
• Strong oral communications skills with the ability to build customer interest in our product.
• High energy, enthusiastic and money motivated.
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instill trust in others while upholding company values.
• Self starter that exhibits objectivity and creativity.
• Shows ability to work alone but come together as a team in order to achieve goals.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted

Nice To Haves

• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Confirming and following up on appointments
• Assisting prospective customers during their visit to the dealership lot and/or showroom
• Assisting with vehicle selection
• Delivering a professional demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
