Requirements

- All applicants must be at least 19 years old and be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert on Lexus vehicle features, technology, and controls
- Deliver newly purchased vehicles to customers
- Help develop and update customer-friendly technology guides and online content
- Monitor vehicle inventory to ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and ready for display or delivery
- Assist with social media content and online marketing activities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Assist with the movement and organization of inventory vehicles
- Support sales managers and team members with daily operational needs
- Complete and maintain all required Lexus training certifications
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
