About The Position

Sales Apprentice (Paid Training Program) Blake Fulenwider Dodge – Eastland, TX Blake Fulenwider Dodge, part of the Blake Fulenwider Automotive family, is growing—and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Apprentice to grow with us. If you’re driven, coachable, and ready to build a career (not just a job), this is your opportunity to learn the automotive sales business from the ground up—with guidance from some of the best in the industry. About the Role This is a structured, 90-day paid training program designed to set you up for long-term success. You’ll earn a salary with bonus potential while working under an experienced mentor who will teach you everything you need to know—from first customer contact to closing the deal. During the program, you will: Learn our sales process from start to finish (in-person and phone interactions) Build product knowledge and customer relationship skills Gain hands-on experience with our systems and tools Complete factory training and pass the Expert Certification Test By the end of the program, you’ll be fully equipped to step into a Sales Representative role. Requirements

  • No prior sales experience required
  • Strong work ethic and consistent job history
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized with good time management skills
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, internet, CRM tools)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Available to work Saturdays
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.

Responsibilities
