Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers, phones, and social media platforms
  • Sales experience is not required—we will train the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
  • Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle makes, models, features, and benefits
  • Generate your own business through prospecting, referrals, and social media outreach
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Explain and offer extended warranties and protection options
  • Stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers
  • Utilize CRM systems, phone, and digital tools effectively
