Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive sales manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
Build strong relationships with customers to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee the entire sales process from initial customer contact to final delivery.
Collaborate with finance, service, and marketing departments to optimize sales performance.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Recruit, train, and develop new sales team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
