Requirements

3+ years of extraordinary management experience
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
Access to reliable transportation
At least 3 references that verify your history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and solid 50+ hour work ethic

Responsibilities

Manage teams of over 75+ people.
Supervise the daily operations for multiple retail automotive repair stores/vehicle service centers.
Translate executive and operational processes into tangible responsibilities and tasks at the store level.
Build a winning team by recruiting, training, and directing employees to provide exceptional customer service.
Ensure the success of vehicle service centers/auto stores.
