About The Position

AAA Club Alliance is seeking experienced automotive repair leaders for Assistant Manager and Automotive Repair Manager opportunities within its growing Car Care teams in the Central Region. This talent pipeline allows AAA to connect with potential leaders for current and future management roles across various markets, including Northern Kentucky; Cincinnati, OH; Dayton, OH; Columbus, OH; Toledo, OH; and Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves supporting or leading daily operations, focusing on customer experience, shop workflow, sales performance, associate development, operational compliance, and overall business results. Assistant Managers support daily shop operations, team leadership, customer service, sales execution, workflow management, and associate development. Automotive Repair Managers lead all aspects of facility operations, including sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, staffing, associate performance, operational compliance, and long-term business success. Requirements

  • Prior automotive repair industry experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Ability to support daily shop operations.
  • Ability to drive business results.
  • Ability to create a professional service experience for customers.
  • Experience in an automotive repair, dealership, tire, quick lube, fleet, or related service environment.
  • Prior leadership, supervisory, assistant management, or management experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
  • Comfort using automotive shop management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other PC-based tools.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background and drug screening.
