About The Position

The Rental Porter is responsible for cleaning, porting, checking in/out loaner vehicles, off-site transport, and customer support. This role is with a growing business committed to family, internal promotion, environmental protection, an inspiring company culture, and community involvement.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) are required.
Ability to complete tasks on your own as well as with a team.
Attention to detail is imperative.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Professional personal appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Customer service and computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Cleaning loaner vehicles to company specifications.
Porting, parking, plating/de-plating loaner vehicles per the ins/outs of the loaner fleet.
Detailed walk arounds to survey for damage and follow proper procedures.
Customer service skills that allow for the checking in/out of vehicles.
Light computer and office work as needed.
Off-site transport.
