About The Position

Our dealership needs a Reconditioning Technician who turns “good” into WOW! This role involves inspecting vehicles and identifying necessary repairs or cosmetic improvements, performing paint touch-ups, minor bodywork, dent removal, and scratch repairs. The technician will also clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards, and replace or repair worn or damaged parts such as trim, molding, and lights. Maintaining tools and equipment in a clean, safe working environment, assisting with vehicle inspections and reporting on reconditioning progress, and teaming up with Service & Sales to make our lot shine are also key responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bring energy, efficiency, and pride to your work every day
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Experience in detailing, reconditioning, or minor repairs preferred
• An eagle eye for detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
