Requirements

• A detail-oriented mindset that catches the small things others miss
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, required to move vehicles safely around the dealership lot

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive detailing or reconditioning experience is highly preferred, but we will train individuals with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough interior and exterior inspections of used inventory to determine reconditioning and detailing needs
• Execute high-quality detailing services, including professional washing, vacuuming, carpet extraction, paint correction and buffing, and interior conditioning
• Complete minor reconditioning repairs such as headlight restoration, paint touch-ups, and basic part replacements
• Complete digital reconditioning checklists to ensure every vehicle meets Hunter Automotive Group's quality standards before it reaches the lot
• Keep shop equipment, chemicals, and wash bays clean, organized, and operating safely
