About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reconditioning Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and reconditioning vehicles to a high standard, both inside and out. Whether it’s a quick touch-up or a full detailing job, your passion for cars and attention to detail will make all the difference.

This job is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, and occasional Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm, receiving a day off during the week for the Saturday that is worked.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs].
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and clean vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and trim.
• Apply wax, sealants, and polishes to maintain paint finishes.
• Clean windows, wheels, tires, and other exterior components.
• Perform minor scratch and stain removal.
• Inspect vehicles for defects or damage and report findings.
• Maintain detailing equipment and supplies in a clean and organized manner.
