Job Summary We are looking for an organized and professional Automotive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient business operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least one year of reception experience, ideally in a retail setting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Work performed primarily in a dealership administrative environment requiring in-person interaction.
  • Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands regularly.
  • Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Good vision with ability to adjust focus.
  • Operate equipment safely at all times.
  • Demonstrates ethical behavior and supports team cohesion.
  • Follows company standards, laws, and pricing guidelines.
  • Delivers excellent service according to established processes.
  • Acts professionally and avoids conflicts of interest.
  • Expresses issues clearly and positively.
  • Prioritizes work and manages time efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and callers promptly and courteously.
  • Direct customers to appropriate departments for assistance.
  • Maintain accurate filing of receipts and permits for easy retrieval.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to overall success.
  • Ensure high levels of productivity, excellent customer service, and cost control.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Operate with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Keep the work environment neat, orderly, and safe.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Prepare and bake fresh cookies daily or as needed to enhance the guest and staff experience.
