Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls to the dealership, assist customers
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on the phone
- Administrative tasks for the service department
- Perform outbound calls to schedule appointments and confirm appointments
- Execute campaigns that aid in Service Department growth
