Requirements
- High School Diploma or higher
- A professional appearance
- A clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
Responsibilities
- Greet and receive prospects and customers.
- Friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Refers customers with additional questions to the service advisor or other appropriate staff member.
- Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers the customer to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
- Assist with various clerical duties as needed
