About The Position

Sun Auto Service is seeking a skilled Remove and Reassemble (R&R) Technician/Mechanic to join their growing team in the Las Vegas Market. This role is ideal for a professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated technician with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. The company emphasizes that hard work will be rewarded. The position requires prior experience with removing and reassembling front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive transmissions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess current, valid driver’s license
• Prior experience removing and reassembling front wheel drive and rear wheel drive transmissions
• At least two years of experience

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems
• Assist other technicians in performing technical activities
• Explain problems discovered during vehicle inspection to service writers and technicians
• Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools, and repair techniques
• Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated
