Responsibilities Set great impression with all incoming customers Greet customers promptly and professionally Gather customer and vehicle information Accurately document vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history Prepare clear and accurate repair estimates Establish follow-up times and maintain active communication with customers Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide timely updates Ensure final invoices match completed repair order work Explain all repairs, services, and charges to customers Requirements Strong customer service experience preferred Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required Strong automotive knowledge and problem-solving ability Proven track record of exceptional customer service Energetic, positive, and professional attitude Commitment to a long-term career with a growing organization Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background and drug screening Sanderson Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
