The Automotive Quick Lane Manager will oversee all aspects of the Quick Lane department, including monitoring sales, gross profit, and expenses daily. This role involves working closely with other department managers, handling customer concerns requiring management involvement, and maintaining positive relationships with manufacturer representatives. The manager is responsible for keeping open repair orders current, hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all service department staff. Additionally, they must maintain training and certification requirements per manufacturer and dealer standards, demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values, and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. This role may involve prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry, along with other duties assigned by management.
