Tuttle-Click Ford Lincoln in Irvine is seeking a motivated Quick / Express Lane Technician to support our service operation and deliver quality maintenance services to our customers. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy variety, consistent workflow, and a clear path for development within a professional shop environment.
Requirements
- Basic automotive service or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform routine services efficiently and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Desire to learn and grow within the Ford/Lincoln brand
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
- Identify basic vehicle concerns and document findings accurately
- Communicate inspection results clearly to service advisors
- Maintain efficiency while following dealership safety and quality standards
- Use dealership systems to record work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Participate in training and skill development as assigned
