Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills
• Motivated
• Computer literacy
• Mechanical inclination, including the ability to troubleshoot mechanical relationships
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an OEM structure, from operators to management
• Ability to be on your feet for the full day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Identifying, resolving, and communicating assembly, quality, and launch issues related to customer commodities.
• Overseeing defect sorting operations as needed.
• Collaborating with material handling teams to ensure optimal product flow.
• Cultivating and maintaining productive relationships with OEM personnel.
